From visiting you in the comfort of your home to offering a complimentary cup of tea or Starbucks coffee after your treatment, our mobile dental care experience is designed to be simple, welcoming, and compassionate—just like Dr. Ward and the Dentist House Calls team. Here’s how it works:

Fill in the paperwork
While you’ll need to fill out our intake form, the process is
quick and easy and we’ll help you every step of the way.

Calendar your
appointment
With all your information
noted, we’ll put your appointment in our calendar
and accept payment.

Day of your appointment
It takes our nursing assistant
30 mins to setup. Once they’re finished, Dr. Ward will arrive to start the procedure.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for missed appointments. Additionally, Dentist House Calls does not sub-contract with insurance providers. 100% of reimbursement is required at the time of service, although we are happy to work with your insurance provider after payment has been submitted, if you are working on reimbursement.
