She began her career working chairside, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care, treatment coordination, and the clinical precision that quality dentistry demands.
 
Through years of hands-on experience and continued professional growth, Brianna has cultivated a deep understanding of both the clinical and operational sides of dentistry. Her journey reflects resilience, discipline, and a commitment to excellence qualities that now guide her leadership approach.
 
As Director of Operations, she oversees systems, provider coordination, compliance, and organizational development with a focus on structure, accountability, and compassionate patient care.
